SINGLE-AXIS AUTOMATIC PRECISION CUTTING MACHINE
Due to the high demand for our adhesive solutions, we had to increase the number of machines used for cutting adhesive tapes in 2017.
The main purpose of this machine is to provide us with additional support when cutting materials such as BOPP, PVC, PE, paper, fabrics, PET, foam, non-woven fabric, etc., whilst maintaining the high quality standards for which we are known, thereby ensuring clean and precise cuts on every product we supply.

HIGH-PRECISION SINGLE-AXIS AUTOMATIC CUTTING MACHINE
Having been in our factory for over 10 years, this single-spindle automatic precision lathe is the jewel in ATyT’s crown.
With an indexing tolerance of +/- 0.1 mm, the machine can accommodate mandrels of different diameters and adjust the cutting angles at the point where the blade enters the material, during the cut, and in the final moments before reaching the tube.
This type of machine enables high-precision cuts from 3 mm, making it the key factor in our ability to meet our customers’ most demanding requirements.

AUTOMATIC DOUBLE-AXIS PRECISION CUTTING MACHINE
Efficiency is key to ensuring we can process the large number of rolls processed daily at our facilities, whilst always meeting the delivery deadlines agreed with our customers.
For this reason, since 2014 we have had a dual-spindle automatic lathe, which enables us to manufacture and supply our most popular products without any difficulty.

DOUBLE-SHAFT WINDING MACHINE
Our twin-shaft slitting machine, featuring a revolver-style shaft change system, halves the time taken to process reels.
Whilst the operator removes the processed coils, the machine continues with the rewinding process, thereby producing the next coil; as a result, the downtime accounts for less than 5% of the total time taken to process the material.

REWINDER-CUTTER
This state-of-the-art rewinding and slitting machine enables us to seamlessly handle the two most common adhesive tape processing technologies simultaneously.
In this way, we are able to significantly reduce processing time for materials with a low surface hardness, whilst ensuring excellent performance of the strip throughout the entire manufacturing process, by carefully monitoring all the relevant parameters.

SINGLE-SHAFT WINDING MACHINE
As it was the first machine to arrive at our premises, we continue to use it regularly for specific processing tasks that require the rapid lamination of materials, with an adjustable pressure roller and without the need to apply heat during the process.
As this machine offers a much higher rewinding speed than our laminator, these processes are optimised when using it.

With fully automatic roll sealing and timed plastic sealing, this shrink-wrapping machine allows us to handle products of all sizes and shapes extremely easily and quickly.
With a system of photocells installed along the entire length of the automatic shrink-wrapping line, our operators are able to add features such as custom labels, inserts, etc., thereby increasing the range of options available for customising product packaging.

PRODUCT WRAPPING
