SINGLR-SHAFT AUTOMATIC PRECISION SLITTER
The growing demand for transforming our technical adhesive solutions led ATyT, in 2017, to expand its production capacity with new state-of-the-art cutting equipment. Among these upgrades, our single-shaft automatic precision slitter stands out for delivering maximum accuracy, repeatability and quality in every slitting process.
This machine allows us to work with a wide variety of materials —BOPP, PVC, PE, paper, fabrics, PET, foams, TNT and more— while consistently maintaining the high-quality standards that define ATyT. Its advanced technology ensures clean, uniform and highly precise cuts, guaranteeing the optimal finish of every roll supplied to our customers. With this specialized equipment, we enhance production efficiency, reinforce traceability and ensure excellent performance even in highly demanding technical projects.
SINGLE-SHAFT HIGH - PRECISION AUTOMATIC SLITTER
With more than 10 years of service in our facility, this single-shaft high-precision automatic slitter is the crown jewel of ATyT.
It offers an indexing tolerance of ±0.1 mm, allows the use of cores in multiple diameters, and makes it possible to adjust the blade entry angles—at the start of the cut, during cutting and in the final approach to the core.
This type of equipment enables ultra-precise cuts starting from just 3 mm, making it essential for meeting the most demanding requirements of our customers.
DUAL - SHAFT AUTOMATIC PRECISION SLITTER
Efficiency is essential to deliver the high volume of converted rolls produced daily in our facilities, always meeting the delivery deadlines agreed with our customers.
For this reason, since 2014 we have operated a dual-shaft automatic slitter, which allows us to convert and supply our most popular adhesive products quickly and reliably, without interruptions or bottlenecks.

Lamination is the process of joining multiple layers of different materials using pressure-sensitive double-sided tapes. ATyT operates a state-of-the-art laminator, capable of coating any substrate with the adhesive that best suits both the base material and the surface where the product will be applied.

At ATyT we operate high-performance rewinding machines that allow us to supply any of our adhesive solutions in the exact length required for each customer’s production process, while also offering the option to customize cores with their own branding.

OUR EQUIPMENT
DUAL-SHAFT REWINDER
Our dual-shaft rewinding machine features a revolver-style shaft change system that reduces coil conversion time by half.
While the operator unloads the finished rolls, the machine continues the rewinding process on the second shaft, producing the next roll seamlessly. As a result, downtime represents less than 5% of the total conversion cycle, ensuring maximum efficiency and productivity.
REWINDER - SLITTER
This next-generation rewinder–slitter allows us to efficiently manage the two most common adhesive tape converting technologies in a single machine.
By combining rewinding and slitting in one process, we significantly reduce production time on materials with lower surface hardness while ensuring excellent tape performance throughout the entire conversion cycle. Every parameter is carefully controlled to guarantee consistent quality and optimal results.
SINGLE - SHAFT REWINDER
As the first machine installed in our facilities, it continues to be used regularly for specific converting processes that require fast material rewinding, adjustable braking and no heat application.
With a significantly higher rewinding speed compared to our laminator, this machine optimizes all processes where rapid, controlled and temperature-free handling of the material is essential.

RETRACTILADO DE PRODUCTOS
Con un sellado de rollos completamente automático y una soldadura del plástico temporizada, esta máquina retractiladora nos permite manipular productos de todo tipo de tamaños y formas de una forma extremadamente sencilla y rápida.
Con un sistema de fotocélulas instalado a lo largo de todo el sistema automático de retractilado, nuestros operarios son capaces de añadir funcionalidades como la inclusión de etiquetas personalizadas, cartoncillos, etc. pudiendo de esta forma aumentar la variedad de opciones en la personalización del empaquetado de productos.
ENFAJADO DE PRODUCTOS
Con una línea de producción automática de más de 10 metros de longitud, esta máquina se convierte en el referente de ATyT respecto al empaquetado de productos para el presente y futuro de la empresa en lo que respecta a la personalización del embalaje de nuestros productos.
Con la capacidad de poder enfajar de forma anónima o personalizada los rollos producidos y ofreciendo el servicio de la inserción automática de un cartón publicitario en la parte superior de estos, ATyT se desmarca del resto de sus competidores ofreciendo un servicio único en nuestro país y al alcance de muy pocos mundialmente.
ENVASADO DE PRODUCTOS
Mayormente utilizada para empaquetar cuyo diámetro externo no supere los 90 mm, esta máquina de envasado automático nos permite de forma fácil y sencilla proteger los materiales transformados en nuestras instalaciones de la suciedad y la adhesión entre ellos.
Además, ofrece la particularidad de incluir un cartón con la marca que nuestros clientes requieran en su parte superior.
EMBOLSADO DE PRODUCTOS
Nuestra máquina de embolsado automático termo-retráctil, con sellado lateral del plástico sobrante y corte automático, dispone de células fotoeléctricas capaces de ajustar al máximo el tiempo de corte y sellado de nuestros productos además de ofrecer la flexibilidad de ajustarse a multitud de formas y tamaños.
Embolsar nuestros productos de forma anónima o con plástico impreso ayudará a reforzar tu imagen de marca además de ofrecer a tus clientes la imagen de obtener unos productos de alta calidad.

PRE-TAPE FILM
El plástico con cinta es el producto estrella a la hora de enmascarar un vehículo en el taller o realizar tareas de enmascarado para la renovación del hogar.
La capacidad de protección de elementos que ofrece el film de plástico gracias a su estática se combina con la adhesión del producto sobre la superficie que ofrece la cinta de papel, generando un producto multiusos capaz de ser utilizado en multitud de aplicaciones.
BURLETE
Proporcionando un sellado muy eficaz que evita que entre pintura en los interiores del vehículo durante el repintado, las tiras cilíndricas de espuma de poliuretano (con base de PET) y un adhesivo de caucho son utilizadas para el sellado de los interiores de puertas y capós.

ROLL SPOOLING
Spooling de rollos de cinta adhesiva
Con más de 25 años de experiencia en el procesado y manipulado de cintas adhesivas técnicas, ofrecemos un servicio de spooling de alta precisión adaptado a las necesidades de cada cliente.
El spooling, también conocido como rebobinado en bobinas largas o multilayer, permite optimizar los procesos productivos al suministrar cintas en formato continuo, sin empalmes y con una mayor eficiencia en el consumo y la aplicación. Durante este proceso, la cinta pasa por una serie de rodillos que aseguran una aplicación uniforme del adhesivo y seguidamente se vuelve a enrollar en rollos más pequeños, listos para su uso y distribución.
Special attention must be paid to factors such as the maximum outer diameter and total width of the spool roll to ensure the product is correctly applied in the machine. Therefore, we will always advise you and offer the manufacturing of this type of format for whichever product you need.
