This machine is essential for conducting any type of test related to the physical properties of the tape, allowing for quality tests such as:
- Tensile strength - Elongation at break.
- Adhesion to steel (Peel to 90º - 180º & Initial Tack).
- Adhesion on backing.
- Dynamic Shear Strength.
Climatic Chamber
With this machine, we can perform both aging and service temperature tests on the adhesive solutions we provide.
Our testing range extends from -35ºC to +205ºC for temperature tests and from 5% to 95% for relative humidity tests.
Static Shear Testing Machine
Are you concerned whether your single or double-sided adhesive can support the weight of the product you want to adhere or apply it to?
We have multiple weights ranging from 200g to 5kg to measure the shear resistance of each of our products.
